Male, born in Shahe City, Hebei Province, was born in 1966. From 1993 to the present, he has worked in the Research Department, Science and Technology Department, and Social Science Department of Hebei University. Since 2002, he has served as the head of the Social Science Management Section of the Science and Technology Department and assistant to the Director. He is currently the Deputy Director of the Department of Social Sciences at Hebei University. In 2011, he graduated from Hebei University with a Ph.D. degree in ancient literature. In 2012, he was promoted to a research librarian.

Has long been engaged in social science research management. He has successively won the title of Advanced Individual in Scientific Research Management of National Universities in the Ninth Five-Year, Five-Year, and Eleventh National Education Departments. He has successively won the award of the important contribution of scientific research of Hebei University, the title of outstanding member of the Municipal Jiu San Society, and the title of advanced individual of teaching and educating in Hebei University.

Research expertise: linguistics, philology. He has published nearly one hundred papers and translations.
