Born in 1977, he was born in Hebei Province, and studied at the History Department of Hebei Normal University and the History and Culture College of Northeast Normal University. He holds a master's degree in history and is a Ph.D. student. He has been teaching world history at the History College of Hebei University since 2004. His main research interests are American society. History, history of immigration policy, history of Sino-US relations, etc.
